Austria by post or GLS:
We deliver goods valued up to € 99 at a flat rate of only € 4.99
From € 99.- value of goods we deliver free of charge

Germany GLS or DHL:
We deliver goods valued up to € 99 at a flat rate of only € 6.99
From € 99.- value of goods we deliver free of charge

Europe:
Flat rate of only € 17,90

Switzerland (by post / Hermes):
Flat rate of only € 16.99

Customs Switzerland: If your delivery address is in Switzerland, you order from us net, which means that the total does not include any tax. After import into Switzerland, the tax rate is collected by customs through the deliverer!

Our shipping partner is GLS or Post. After placing your order, you can check the parcel status online with the respective shipping service provider. Simply ask us for the parcel ID by email if you have not received it in writing.

The purchaser shall bear the costs if delivery to the customer is not possible because he cannot be found at the delivery address provided by him, even though the customer was notified of the delivery time with reasonable notice.
